Dear Residency Candidate,
Welcome to the University of Rochester OBGYN Residency Program! We are delighted that you have applied to our program and accepted our invitation for interview.
Our Residency Interview Team conducted a thorough, holistic review of the applications we received, and yours stood out due to the unique qualities and qualifications you demonstrated. You should be very proud of the outstanding application you submitted!
As you know, this application cycle has brought unprecedented challenges. We wish that we could show you all that Rochester has to offer, and that you could meet our wonderful residents and faculty in person. However, health and well-being always come first. We are committed to giving you a complete view of our program, despite the distance.

If you have not already, we invite you to peruse our official Residency Program website, where you will find a wealth of information and resources.
Unlike the official website, we designed this page specifically for you: a candidate who has accepted an invitation to interview at our program. We understand that you are in the process of making an important and consequential decision about where you want to live and train for the next four years - all from a computer! Given this, we want to give you greater access to our program, so you can really get to know us as individuals, a residency family, and a training program.
Ever Better Together
This full website, EverBetterTogether.com, borrows its name from our University motto, Meliora, which translates to Ever Better in English. This website was designed by and for the University of Rochester OBGYN Department. It is designed, maintained and updated by the Department Education Specialist, Dr. Kyan Lynch.
If you take a look around this site, you'll get access to several of our educational programs, including our Residency Curriculum for 2020 - 2021, outpatient Continuity Clinic Curriculum, and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery curriculum.
OBGYN Residency Class of 2024
Other areas of interest might be our Grand Rounds Library and the living brochure for our recent Resident Research Day.
You may also be interested in areas of the website that require site registration. If so, you are more than welcome to sign-up with your current email address as a "Prospective Resident". Once you are registered, you will be able to access the full site, as well as try out our simulated Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (CREOG) exam test-taking environment.
