8:45 - 9:15: Review each section in Williams, what questions remain after reading the chapter (I will be calling on residents to give a 2 min summary; thoughts)
9:15 - 10: Key points (powerpoint) on physiology
10 - 10:30: Two physiology "cases" and essay questions (read: 10 clinical diamonds as well-- we will discussing WHY physiology increases the likelihood of these outcomes)
10:30 - 10:50: Questions from Williams, Socratic teaching (individuals will be called on) around maternal physiology
10:50 - evaluations, break prior to 11am lecture
